"It’s time to bring some Sweden to Germany", we thought. We, that is Anna, Theresia & Alexandra, 3 Swedes, mother and daughters, stranded in Germany. With traditional recipes and a passion for good products, we have set ourselves the goal to re-bake our national pastry - the Kanelbulle - in many ways: super sweet, funny, creative, maybe some time even salty, with a great portion of phantasy.
